Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme & MARAM Framework Event

Join the FLPN for a presentation by Family Safety Victoria on the mechanisms introduced in response to the Royal Commission into Family Violence and how they interact with your service.

Wednesday, 28 August 2019 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Melbourne Family Relationship Centre Level 15, 379 Collins Street.

The Royal Commission into Family Violence identified that organisations working with victims and perpetrators of family violence collect a wide range of information, and that the failure to share crucial information can have serious consequences.

The Commission (and review of the Common Risk Assessment Framework – CRAF) also recognised the need to set out standards, roles and responsibilities, and include assessment tools and practice guidance for family violence identification, risk assessment and management.

Join the FLPN for a presentation by Family Safety Victoria on the mechanisms introduced in response to the Royal Commission into Family Violence and how they interact with State and Commonwealth funded services, as well as the legal sector.

Tickets are $10 per person

Light catering will be provided

Family Safety Victoria was established in July 2017 to drive key elements of Victoria’s family violence strategy and coordinate support for families to help them care for children and young people.
